Quality Policy Statement
Metal Pipes Industries Mill Company (MPI) is committed to manufacturing and delivering its products that consistently conform to or exceed the expectations of its customers profitably and safely, fully in conformance to ISO 9001: 2015, API Q1-10th Ed., API 5 L. and other relevant product standards in compliance to the statutory and regulatory requirements.
This is achieved through consideration of the context of the organization and aligning the Quality Management System with the strategic direction of MPI. Satisfying customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
MPI shall demonstrate visible commitment and leadership to ensure continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and product quality by a systematic process approach to allocating resources, communicating its policy, and establishing measurable corporate and functional objectives at the relevant level. Endeavor its business goals by active participation of its entire employees. Emphasizes defect prevention, and strives to minimize variation and waste.
MPI encourages and expects all employees to adopt and display the same commitment and empower all individuals to make continual improvements in quality and safety while reducing cycle time and costs. This policy provides a framework for setting quality objectives at relevant levels.
It is expected that all employees of the company will observe and practice the requirements as described in a timely and cost-effective manner and will adopt a PRIDE IN WORK attitude, and to do the job right the first time and every time.
Quality policy is communicated by proper display, indoctrination, training, and awareness programs for developing a greater understanding for effective implementation by all at the relevant levels for achieving the intent of this policy.
